The EDS plots are courtesy of Bob Janules archives and are from specimens from Bob's collection. Top plot is for a Gormanite, (Fe > Mg), lower plot is of a Souzalite, (Mg > Fe). Both species members are present at the Charles Davis Mine.

Notes: Gormanite is the iron rich member of the Gormanite-Souzalite series. Souzalite is the Magnesium rich member. Brazilianite crystals are in the cavity with the Gormanite-Souzalite on this 5 cm specimen.
